The contest was great, we win!!!
But unfortunately the other guys with La pavoni and Barsilia Lady didn't show up?!They were apparently a bit scared to competed.. This tremendous battle was the Marzocco GS3 (beautiful machine by the way) against the Espresso Bacchi. The contest was very intense,we had during the two first round perfect drawn>the judges were equally divided!
The Gs3 espressi were intense, spicy, very deep and the Bacchi ones were much rounder, beautifully balanced with more an alive aroma. Both were very closed, very delicious, the audience were astonished!
The last shot was a winner, everybody agreed that the Bacchi espressi were much richer, round, well balanced, long after taste and more aroma. The Gs3 was a bit more flater, shorter after taste..
Everybody was hypnotised by the quality of the Bacchi espressi!!
