Quando il caffè della Moka è imbevibile

Vi è mai capitato di svegliarvi al mattino, magari in una fredda e nebbiosa mattina d'inverno e, ancora assonnati, dirigervi in cucina bisognosi di un buon caffè caldo?
Siete in cucina, con i pensieri ancora lenti, prendete il solito barattolo di caffè macinato, riempite d'acqua la caldaia della moka, riempite il filtro, avvitate la parte superiore della macchina, mettete sul fuoco...
Mentre state aspettando il gorgoglio della moka, accendete la radio e ascoltate distrattamente il radiogiornale. Finalmente il caffè è pronto e versate il liquido nero nella tazza. Portatre alla bocca la tazzina, bevete e... "che schifo!"... sputate! Ma che razza di caffè è questo!?!
La giornata è iniziata malissimo!

Le cause di questo pessimo caffè possono essere molto, elenchiamo le più comuni:
- caffè vecchio e rancido
- caffè macinato troppo sottile quindi l'acqua passando a fatica si surriscalda e "brucia" il caffè
- guarnizione della moka vecchia e bruciata
- l'acqua del rubinetto è di pessima qualità e magari piena di cloro
- manutenzione della moka inesistente (da quanti mesi non la lavate?)
- miscela di caffè: non sterete mica usando una miscela da 4 euro al kg?!

Se, passando al vaglio tutte queste opzioni, e non avete ancora risolto la qualità del primo caffè della mattina, prima di rovinarvi ancora chissà quante giornate, procuratevi una Bacchi Espresso!
